Terms and Conditions mb8a — Guide Platform Usage

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mb8a ("Platform", "we"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or using any services provided by mb8a, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all Terms stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use mb8a's services. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the Terms are published will be considered full acceptance of those changes.

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Mb8a provides its platform "as is" and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. However, we are committed to resolving any technical issues promptly and fairly.

Mb8a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses from game outcomes, internet connection disruptions, or unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
